This privacy policy applies to caveserver, the SMS game-server notification program operated by Drew Billings — Software & Game Developer.

When you opt in to SMS notifications, we may collect and retain your mobile phone number, your SMS opt-in and opt-out status, the date and method of consent, and information necessary to operate the messaging service.
How information is used
This information is used only to provide and administer caveserver private game-server notifications, including server availability information and current game-server join codes, and to maintain records of subscriber consent and opt-out requests.
SMS consent and mobile information
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
We will not share your opt-in to this SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing the services of this campaign.
We may share information, including your mobile number and SMS consent status, with service providers necessary to deliver and operate the messaging service, such as messaging platform providers and telecommunications carriers.
Opting out
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will receive no further game-server notification messages unless you opt in again.
